Idaho Army National Guard 1st Lt. Josh McRoberts, A Company, leads his tank platoon on a battalion breach. April 7, 2019, at Gowen Field.
The training provided the battalion the opportunity to conduct a simulated battalion breach through an enemy obstacle belt using its M1A2 Abrams main battle tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicles and HMMWVs. Using the simulators maximized the training time and enables to the unit to practice mission command in a controlled environment.
