The aircraft transported Marines and equipment with the aviation combat element for Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 19.2, Marine Forces Europe and Africa. SPMAGTF-CR-AF provides an autonomous, self-deploying, and highly mobile crisis response force to U.S. AFRICOM. The aircraft is with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 252.
