U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Michael Dial, Explosive Ordinance Disposal Mobile Unit 2nd, describes the functions of a remote-controlled robot to U.S. Navy Capt. Stephen Koehler, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa chief of staff, and U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Eugene Hasse, CJTF-HOA deputy commander, during an EOD capabilities showcase held at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Jan. 20. The EOD unit conducted the showcase to familiarize CJTF-HOA staff with the unit's capabilities during their deployment.
