    CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait -- Paula LeBov, American Red Cross employee and Camp Arifjan, Kuwait resiliency program manager, instructs a yoga class for Soldiers April 3, 2019 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. U.S. Army Central (Forward) invited LeBov to introduce the Soldiers to yoga as a way to help build resiliency. Physical readiness training is conducted weekly by USARCENT (FWD) to help maintain physical readiness and preparedness.
