A military amphibious landing operation is underway, with a large military vessel's bow ramp lowered onto a sandy beach. A military truck is driving off the vessel down the ramp while a soldier in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) stands on the beach observing and directing the offloading. The scene appears to take place at dusk or dawn near a port facility visible in the background.

Waterborne soldiers of the 359th Inland Cargo Transfer Company, 10th Transportation Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade, spent the morning of Feb. 7 loading vehicles on board the Logistic Support Vessel-4, at 3rd Port, as part of a battalion field training exercise conducted at Fort Eustis and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek. After completing its sail of the James River, the LSV-4 arrives to the mud flats of Little Creek, where Army transporters assigned to the 359th ICTC board the vessel to begin the transfer of vehicles to the battalion's collection point.
