190329-N-RI884-0162 SOUTH CHINA SEA (March 29, 2019) An MH-60S assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, and F-35B Lightning II aircraft, assigned to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 121, are secured to the flight deck aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). Wasp, flagship of Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a lethal, ready-response force for any type of contingency.
