Senior enlisted leaders from seven countries receive preparation instructions at Utapao Airport before boarding a CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter heading to the USS Tortuga for a Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education lesson Feb. 10. The SEPME is the first time in Exercise Cobra Gold history in which multinational senior enlisted leaders are all together in one group.
