Ham, a motor transport dispatcher with S-4, Headquarters Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve, gathers the tug-of-war ropes at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, March 29, 2019, during a Total Force Fitness event. The MARFORRES Marines conducted various physical activities, such as tug-of-war, buddy carries, high-intensity suicide drills, medicine ball exercises and the dissemble and assembly of a M4 Service Carbine.
