Australian Army Pvt. James McLennan discusses operations with Philippine Army Capt. Balikatan, in its 35th iteration, is an annual exercise between the U.S. military and the Armed Forces of the Philippines that allows the two countries to strengthen relationships, increase interoperability, and support local communities.
