A U.S. Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey rests after being unloaded from the MV Green Ridge March 29, 2019, at Naval Station Rota, Spain. The aircraft were delivered in support of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 19.2 as they prepare to take authority of SPMAGTF-CR-AF from 19.1 for operations within the area of responsibility. The MV-22 increases SPMAGTF-CR-AF’s operational reach and can swiftly project U.S. Marine combat power to emerging crises. The aircraft is with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 261, SPMAGTF-CR-AF 19.2, Marine Forces Europe and Africa. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Capt. Clay Groover)
