Lt. Col. Thomas B. Savage relieves Col. Rudolph M. Janiczek as the commanding officer of 1st Marine Division, Headquarters Battalion during a change of command ceremony at the 33 Area Parade Deck, Feb. 8. Janiczek will continue on as the chief of staff for 1st Marine Division.
