(Mar. 21, 2019) – U.S. Navy Equipment Operator 3rd Class Chris Moreno, from Salt Lake City, Utah, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2 cuts brackets off of an expeditionary quay wall patch (Curley patch) during a proof of concept test aboard Naval Base Ventura County in support of Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19).
