Tech. Sgt. Andrew Oreo, 111th Attack Wing Security Forces Squadron craftsman, receives the Octavius V. Catto medal from Maj. Gen. Tony Carrelli, the adjutant general of Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 during a Women's History Month Luncheon at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa. The Catto medal is awarded to members of the Pennsylvania National Guard who have strong leadership skills and community service. Oreo joined the Air National Guard because he not only gets to serve on a national level, but on a more localized, community level as well, he said.
