Military personnel in camouflage uniforms observe a rappelling exercise from the ground as one soldier descends the exterior of a tall wooden training tower. The scene appears to be a standard military rappel training exercise conducted at an outdoor training facility. Several soldiers wearing OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms and patrol caps watch from below while an instructor or demonstrator is visible at the top of the tower.
