    FORT SHAFTER FLATS, Hawaii - Company commanders, first sergeants and other members of command teams from across the 9th Mission Support Command, the U.S. Army Reserve command of the Pacific, listen during the classroom training portion of "How to BA Day," a full day of physical and mental training for company level leadership during the 2019 Pacific Pride Leaders Workshop. The very full hands -on leadership training physically and mentally challenged command teams with an active day perfecting the skills expected during a Battle Assembly, the monthly training conducted by Army Reserve Soldiers.
