A group of military personnel in Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) uniforms are conducting what appears to be a tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) or medical training exercise in an outdoor wooded/grassland environment. Two or three soldiers are kneeling over a simulated casualty on an orange litter or tarp on the ground, while several others stand or kneel nearby in security positions. The setting and equipment suggest a field training exercise (FTX) rather than a live combat situation.
