Spc. Jauna Madyun, a postal worker with Command Post Detachment, Division Special Troops Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division, opens a tough-box before inspecting its contents at Camp Liberty, July 31. Before shipping through official Army mail, all boxes or packages are meticulously searched to ensure they contain only non-military equipment. Some items to avoid sending include weapons, magazines and weapons cleaning kits. According to Madyun, the busiest time of the year is when units are preparing to redeploy.
