DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (March 15, 2019) Builder 3rd Class Chance Freeman, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Detachment Diego Garcia, installs the cover of a tension fabric structure. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
