A heavy industrial demolition or salvage operation is underway at what appears to be a shipyard or marine construction site. A large red lattice crane is lifting a massive rusted metal section, while a yellow Kobelco excavator operates nearby alongside a partially demolished vessel or structure. Multiple workers in orange hard hats and work gear are visible on the ground level amid debris and excavated earth.

The STRUGIS project team commemorated the final section of the vessel being removed from the water and placed on the dock for sectioning into smaller pieces to be made available for recycling. This milestone marks the completion of the decommissioning and dismantling of the STURGIS vessel.
