RC-135 Rivet Joint aircraft were moved from the lower ramp to the upper ramp in response to threats of flooding near the southeast side of Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska March 16, 2019. The state of Nebraska is experiencing widespread flooding caused by an increase in water levels of surrounding rivers and waterways due to record-setting snowfall over the winter in addition to a large drop in air pressure.
