The image shows a joint rescue training exercise involving BFP (Bureau of Fire Protection) Philippines personnel and what appear to be U.S. Navy military personnel in camouflage uniforms. Responders in orange and navy uniforms with red and blue helmets are practicing patient stabilization and stretcher techniques on a grassy field. Multiple training groups are visible in the background, suggesting a large-scale multi-team disaster response drill.
