U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Jared Heisler, of the Grizzly observer controller team, Joint Multinational Readiness Center, 7th Army, acts as a medical evacuation crew chief for an Operational Mentor Liaison Team during a contingency operating base defense training exercise at the JMRC Hohenfels, Germany, Jan. 20, 2012. JMRC conducts several OMLT rotations each year, training multinational partners to ensure they are prepared for deployment to Afghanistan with the ability to train, advise and enable the Afghan National Army while possessing the skills to survive on the battlefield.
