Capt. Douglas Jordan speaks to guests during a change of command ceremony for USS Georgia (SSGN 729) (Gold) held at the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay chapel in Kings Bay, Ga. Jordan, from Dothan, Ala., was relieved by Capt. Robert Peters, from Oak Harbor, Wash. Georgia is one of two Ohio-class guided-missile submarines homeported at the base.
