Steelworker 3rd Class Alan Moiles, a Seabee with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 74, trims rebar from pilings which will be used to support a boat ramp on Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. The boat ramp project is part of a Construction Training Exercise (CTX), which gives Seabees an opportunity to use and perfect construction skills outside of a training environment, while improving quality of life conditions at military bases nationwide.
