    190314-N-BR470-1081: PASCAGOULA, Miss. -- Ingalls Shipbuilding welder Cedric Harman welds Ship Sponsor Ellyn Dunford’s initials into a steel plate during the keel authentication ceremony of the future USS Bougainville (LHA 8) at Huntington Ingalls Industries Pascagoula shipyard March 14. LHA-8 is the second ship to be named after Bougainville, an island in the northern Solomons, which was the location of a World War II campaign in 1943-1944 during which allies secured a strategic airfield from Japan.
