Four 316th ESC retirees bid final farewell to fellow Soldiers during a retirement ceremony held at the McGarity Reserve Center Mar. 10. During the ceremony, the unit’s commander, Brigadier General Robert Harter thanked the Soldiers and their family members for their more than 150 years of combined service to the Army. Each retiree also addressed the crowd of Soldiers in attendance. Additionally, U.S. Representative Conor Lamb of Pennsylvania and State Representative Valerie Gaydos offered their personal thank you and commendations
