    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    U.S. Marines attached to 2nd Platoon, 3rd Squad, India Company, 3d Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment (3/12), patrol in Kajaki, Afghanistan, on Oct. 22, 2010. The U.S. Marines of 3/12 patrol in order to deter enemy IED emplacement by maintaining a presence in the area.
