Gabriel Leon, 705th Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, Task Force Hellhound, Task Force Spartan, about the ordnance included in this shot pit prior to a controlled detonation of more than 6,800 pounds of unserviceable ammunition on the Udairi Range, Kuwait, Feb. 27, 2019. Kemper assisted in priming the charges for the four separate shot pits.
