The Coast Guard Cutter Charles David Jr. (WPC-1107) crew launches a 33-foot Defender-class boat boat crew to troubleshoot the Pelican of London, a 149-foot sail vessel with 42 passengers aboard was unable to start their engines due to an electrical issue. Coast Guard Seventh District Command Center watchstanders received a notification from the United Kingdom Coordination Center stating a United Kingdom Pelican of London 149-foot sail vessel with 42 passengers aboard was unable to start their engines due to an electrical issue.
