Xuchill Laput, a regional fuel farm site manager with Bulk Fuel Platoon, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward), points out where fuel is separated into multiple distribution points aboard Forward Operating Base Whitehouse, Afghanistan, Jan. 18. Laput is in charge of managing specifications and regulations at four different sites around Helmand province.
