ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Major Gen. David C. Hill, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Central, visits Wahat Al Karama Feb. 16, 2019, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Hill visited Wahat Al Karama as part of a cultural exchange before attending the 2019 International Defense Exhibition and Conference. Wahat Al Karama means Oasis of Dignity; it is a war memorial for all the Emiratis who where killed in the line of duty.
