    190223-N-YG414-090 EAST CHINA SEA (Feb. 23, 2019) - Boatswain's Mate Chief Jose Mendoza, from Manila, Philippines, renders a salute to the crew of a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter following a joint passenger swap training operation between the Coast Guard and U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
