The 12th Combat Aviation Brigade commander, Col. Kenneth Cole, presents the winners of the 2018 Lt. Gen. Ellis D. Parker Award in the combat category to the 1-3rd Attack Reconnaissance Battalion staff at an award ceremony held at the Bismarck Kaserne post theater. The award was established in recognition of Lt.
