John Rudd, both Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians with Combat Logistics Battalion 3, receive the scenario for simulated Continental United States improvised explosive device training, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, Feb. 21, 2019. EOD conducts this annual training to maintain their readiness.
