U.S. Army Maj. Bishop Sparks, 18th Field Artillery Brigade operations officer, addresses field artillery officers with the 18th FA BDE, the 1st Battalion, 121st Field Artillery Regiment and the Royal Jordanian Artillery Corps during a fires staff exchange Feb. 12, 2019 at the Royal Jordanian Artillery School in Jordan. The fires staff exchange was conducted to share processes and foster interoperability between the U.S. Army and the Jordan Armed Forces.
