A military medical training exercise is taking place aboard what appears to be a naval vessel, indicated by the green-painted metal bulkheads and overhead piping. Navy medical personnel wearing blue uniforms and purple nitrile gloves are treating a simulated casualty (medical mannequin) on a gurney, while observers in various military uniforms including U.S. Navy and Marine Corps attire watch the procedure. The scene depicts a mass casualty or trauma response drill in a shipboard medical bay.
