(Feb. 13, 2019) Force Master Chief Chris Kotz, Navy Reserve Force, center, reviews an example of a Learning and Development Roadmap (LaDR) during a LaDR workshop with Naval Education and Training Command staff at the Navy Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) office. The workshop looked at the way ahead for LaDRs as a career tool for both active-duty and Reserve Sailors. The LaDR is a career pathway for enlisted to succeed throughout their career continuum.
