Senior non-commissioned officers of the 1st Cavalry Division perform pushups while participating in senior leader physical training at the clamshell gym, Jan. 17, on Bagram Air Field. The leaders participated in an entry level insanity workout designed for people to improve speed and agility. The 1st Cav. Div. conducts senior leader PT while in the rear at Fort Hood, Texas and has continued the tradition while deployed.
