Paul Lanzilotta, newly appointed commanding officer, San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24), speaks to Marines and Sailors of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and the Arlington during the change of command ceremony, Feb. 14, 2019.
