Bulgarian soldiers from Operational Mentor Liaison Team 10 develop a plan of action to send a notional fire mission during a class on call for fire at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, Jan. 11, 2012. OMLT training is the NATO-centralized part of predeployment training designed to prepare operational mentor liaison teams for forward-deployed missions and to meet the needs of brigade, corps and garrison support units.
