CORPUS CHRISTI ARMY DEPOT, Texas – Colonel Gail Atkins, commander, Corpus Christi Army Depot, presents Annette Cross, CCAD chief of staff, with the Army’s Superior Civilian Service Award during her retirement ceremony, here, February 1, 2019. Cross retired as the after 31 years of federal service, all of which were served at the depot. Cross managed multiple aspects of the depot, which employs more than 3200 civilians, contractors and military members.
