    CERFP Emergency Response Training Exercise

Army Maj. George Hurd, the 6th CERFP battalion commander, volunteers to play a patient who has to be decontaminated by a couple of Army National Guard engineers out of Kingsville, Texas. The 6th CERFP consists of six different components: Fatality Search and Recovery Team (FSRT), medical, search and response, decontamination, command and control, and the Joint Incident Site Communications Capabilities (JISCC). These components consist of Army and Air National Guard members, who deploy together to support local response efforts to emergency situations.
