Military members and civilians celebrate the re-opening of the Joint Base Charleston Air Base Library Jan. 25, 2019. The renovations were done as part of an Air Force initiative to modernize base libraries, making them more functional and adaptable for current needs and uses. The air base library was one of three renovation projects completed so far in 2019.
