The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and contractor CERES Environmental Services, Inc., begin the process of turnover for the Industrial Boulevard temporary debris staging and reduction site in southwest Georgia, Feb. 6. The parties met at the site to complete the initial paperwork. Here, Bryon Lake, Corps mission manager, discusses the turnover process with Andy Oliver, Industrial Park manager, Dennis Medley, Public Works director and Chief Charlie McCann, fire and rescue, representing Decatur County.
