U.S. Navy Lt. Zachary Niezgodski, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2 (UCT 2), instructs Civil Engineering Corps Officers in trying on a KM97 surface supplied diving helmet during a tour onboard UCT 2 located in Port Hueneme, California, on January 30, 2019. The CEC Officers were visiting to gain more understanding of UCT 2 and their mission. UCT 2 is a component of the Naval Construction Force (NCF), providing the capability to construct, inspect, repair, and maintain the full spectrum of maritime infrastructure.
