The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hurricane Michael debris mission assignment is under the direction of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Included in that task, is the final disposition for vegetative debris. At the Spring Creek temporary disposal and reduction site in Seminole County, Georgia, trees are ground into mulch and transported to the GRT-Lake Property Jan. 31. The mulch will be used for soil restoration.
