Philippine Air Force Maj. Eric Pua, deputy group commander, 950th Communication Electronic Information Systems Group, places a patch onto U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Lawson Kobayashi, 291st Combat Communication Squadron Cyber Transport Systems journeyman, upon completion of a subject matter expert exchange during Bilateral Air Contingent Exchange-Philippines (BACE-P) at Cesar Basa Air Base, Philippines, January 30, 2019. The exchange included a demonstration of how to operate and install a satellite terminal as well as how to extend network services from a home base to an austere location. This is the seventh iteration of BACE-P established by U.S. Pacific Command and executed by Headquarters Pacific Air Forces.
