Airmen assigned to the New York Air National Guard's 174th Attack Wing prepare vehicles to deploy at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, N.Y. as part of an Immediate Response Force at the direction of New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo as extremely cold weather hit western and central New York on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019.
