Soldiers from the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit’s International Rifle Team speak to more than 150 of the top junior marksmen from across the United States during a clinic that was part of the U.S. Army Junior Rifle National Championships at Fort Benning, Georgia January 24-26, 2019. During the clinic, the Soldiers gave the junior competitors advice on fitness, mental resiliency and confidence. The invitation-only event then had the youth athletes compete side by side for top individual and team honors in three-position smallbore, sporter rifle and precision rifle.
