Contractors with Carlson Constructors Corp. of Joliet, Ill., use a pair of bulldozers to prepare an area March 24, 2015, for the building of new homes in the Fort McCoy South Post Family Housing area. A contract totaling nearly $22 million was awarded in 2014 by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build the homes.
